- Assist with the pre-planning process using current market data and experience to properly price the property for successful marketing.
- Assess the property condition and state suggested improvements for effective marketing for sale.
- Create information and appealing Property Information booklet.
- Present property information to Eberhardt & Barry agents.
- Prepare a Prospect List of users, investors, trade groups and brokers.

- Distribute specific property information to all prospects by mail or email.
- Present the property to the Commercial Council of Realtors.
- Place specific property information on the Eberhardt & Barry website www.eberhardt-barry.com.
- During the marketing term, Eberhardt & Barry will continuously promote the property, update the prospect list, follow up all leads and inquiries and provide you with activity reports on an as-needed basis.
